Every July, since 2006, Andrea Bocelli, has performed in an outdoor theater in his birth town of Lajatico in Tuscany. It is one of the most amazing places that I have visited. This outdoor theater is open for one performance only and then it remains silent for the remainder of the year. So, it’s aptly named, the Theater of Silence or in Italian Teatro del Silenzio.
Pasadena and our surrounding cities are also celebrating the summer with a series of concerts each year. So… as always, we bring to you the Free Summer Concert series.

City of Arcadia 2011 Concerts in the Park Summer Concert Series is a free event that invites you to bring lawn chairs, blankets to sit on, and picnic baskets if you like.
Time: 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. every Thursday.
There will also be activities for kids and a special Dogtown Dogs Gourmet Food Truck that will be parked at every concert.
