On January 22, 2015, at 4PM, in the heart of Old Town Pasadena, is the beginning of a new restaurant and bar that will soon be your go-to place with friends, and co-workers. Pasadena based Businessman and restauranteur, Teddy B., has rebranded and re-named the old business Equator Cafe to Edwin Mills. To kick-off the New Year, grand opening and their 22nd Anniversary at the Historic 22 Mills Place location, they will have a selection of $3.00 martinis, appetizers, mixed drinks and beer! Teddy B. is also ecstatic with bringing newly themed happy hours that will bring great fun and joy to the night-life in Pasadena. The happy hour themes will be as follows:

4:00PM to 7:00PM
Monday: Monday Madness
Tuesday: Tasty Tuesdays
Wednesday: Wine Down Wednesdays
Thursday: Thirsty Thursdays
Friday: Foreplay Fridays
Saturday & Sunday: Bottomless Weekends [$10 All you can Drink Mimosas]

To uncover the details of the themes you will have to gather your entourage and venture out to the restaurant each day of the week and discover them.

As a charismatic and optimistic business owner, Teddy B. stated: “With the New Year comes new beginnings and we are thrilled to kick-off 2015 with the opening of Edwin Mills by Equator and to share this exciting fresh experience with our long-time customers and friends while welcoming new ones. Equator is proud to have been a vital member of this thriving community for more than two decades and we remain committed to continuing to serve and grow with it for decades to come.”

Built in 1894, the site of Edwin Mills, by Equator, began as the China Palace. It was previously a thriving marketplace, a stable, a mechanic shop, a storage space, and, ultimately, in 1993, Equator Café. Under the creative guidance of Teddy B. and his commitment to the community, Equator began as a popular coffee shop to Old Pasadena’s first hookah bar, an internet café and finally, to this restaurant and bar.

So, gather your friends, family and co-workers and come out and give a big toast and warm welcome to the new restaurant, Edwin Mills in Old town Pasadena.
