It is listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service at only $449,000 and looks to be a bank owned home.
This Pasadena house is 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 baths and was originally built in 1915. It looks like this home has been lovingly updated with remodeled bathrooms and kitchen.
The built ins in the lovely living room are spectacular and speak to the history of this home.
It’s a sizable home at almost 1,500 sq. ft. The only disadvantage is the size of the lot which seems to be on the smaller side and doesn’t offer a lot of grass.

Your website is great. You’ve literally got a little bit of “everything” here!
If you would be interested in working with me, I’m a single mom with 17-yr-old twin daughters that are about to graduate from C.V.H.S.
I’ve been renting for a number of years (at ridiculous monthly payments!) to stay in this area so my twins could graduate with all their friends they’ve known since kindergarten.
Now I’m ready to stop paying $2300/month and find a home for my family. It’s high time to stop living under someone else’s roof!
I am looking to find something for $0 down (wish this wasn’t the case) and I’ll need to keep my monthly payments as close to $1500 as possible.
We have two dogs so I think a single family residence is best for us and we’ll need a minimum of 3 bedrooms and at least 1.5 baths.
A bungalow or Craftsman would be a lifetime dream come true!! But, of course, if you have anything at all that fits the bill, please let me know!
Forclosures? Desperate sellers? Super deals? A miracle you can produce for us (smile)?
