A great day in Pasadena for home buyers given that we are finally seeing some inventory of homes come up on the market. The broker tour which usually is about 4 hours long pretty much took me and my real estate agents the full four hours to complete and we still did not have an opportunity to see all the homes that we wanted to.
Quite a few homes came up in North East Pasadena, but here’s my absolute favorite:
