What do you like about this neighborhood?

Curb appeal was the first thing I noticed. Small bungalow looking home with nice custom privacy fencing/gate. A large lot with potential to expand home. nice landscaping. large bathroom. vintage/retro style kitchen/bath. It is also walking distance to future gold line train and downtown Monrovia shops/restaurants and freeway access.

Where to shop?

conveniently close to many shops, Walmart, Target, Home Depot,Bed bath n beyond, Big Lots, party city and all of downtown Monrovia shops/bars/restaurants and Arcadia shops/restaurants are close as well

Which cable/internet provider is  available?

Directv is the best option for tv as I tried Dish and Time Warner which were not good. Internet was provided via verizon DSL.

When is trash pickup?

Thursday Am. Trash bill comes to about $65 for 3 moths service.

Any area events?

Old town Monrovia has one of LA largest continuous farmers markets held on Friday evenings.

Theres a movie theater there and parks as well. The Renaissance fair is held at the near by Santa Fe Dam recreation area.

Places to hike?

There are multiple hiking trails within a 10min drive to San Gabriel Mountains,

What are your favorite restaurants in the area?

Sena on Myrtle, London Gastropub, Mikomi, Cafe Lumar are some. Only a 9 min drive to old town pasadena where all the action is. 🙂
