Today 64 homes for sale were available for previewing. Despite all the scary Halloween decorations, we were able to see some really beautiful houses. I have highlighted two of my favorite ones below.
Home under $900,000 in Pasadena
A gorgeous craftsman is to be found in the southeast part of Pasadena. The owners restored this home with such care. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, fireplace, original built ins and a lovely front porch. The back yard is surrounded by exotic bamboo trees and has a detached unit with a shower. Built in 1911, it was featured in the 2014 Pasadena Heritage Craftsman Weekend home tour. It is priced at $879,000 with Coldwell Banker and Rosey Bell and Laurie Turner.
