I found Irina through Google and Yelp on June 7, 2013. We met the same day and she inspected my condo in Pasadena and provided her opinions and comments. In the next 10 days she helped me to complete the necessary repairs and beautiful staging.  On June 19, the property was on MLS. June 20, broker open house. June 22 and 23 open houses to general public. Offered were received a few days later and the escrow opened on June 28. On July 26 the escrow closed and the whole process completed.  Irina was proactive, responsible, professional, ,knowledgeable, honest, effective and very responsive throughout. Even though very successful already, she treated my small condo as a million dollars property.  I am a busy person, I communicated and dealt with most of the issues with her by emails and texts and she always followed up through with every details.
