The Official Grandstand Seating Company for the Tournament of Roses is Sharp Seating. They are a family owned and operated business whose number one priority is customer service! They have shared with us the insights of what you need to know about Rose Parade seating.
Q. How much are tickets to the Rose Parade & what makes the difference in pricing?
A. Tickets can range from $42-$82 per seat. The price is based on the view, side of the street, and position on the parade route. For example, some of the lower priced seats may have some sort of obstructed view. Possibly from a pole, building or tree. When you purchase tickets from Sharp Seating you are buying your tickets direct, tickets are sold at face value.
Q. Are seats reserved?
A. Yes, all seating is reserved and numbered. Sharp Seating has ushers at each grandstand to help guide people to their assigned seating.
Q. What is the policy for bad weather?
A. The Rose Parade and the parade events go on rain or shine! Usually beginning with a chilly morning and warming up as the sun rises. The average low in January is 53° and the average high is 68°. Umbrellas are not allowed in the grandstands.
Q. When should people arrive to their designated parking lot?
A. Guests should plan to arrive 2 hours prior to the estimated time of the arrival of the parade in their seating area. For example, if you are sitting at the beginning of the parade route you should be parking by 6 a.m.
Q. Is there a shuttle service to seats?
A. No, however there is parking available within walking distance for every grand stand. The closest you may get to parade route drop off or pick up is four to five blocks from the grandstands. Be aware that heavy traffic can make this very difficult.
Q. Will food be available to purchase near my seating area?
A. Yes, there will be vendors at various areas along the parade route. You may also bring your own food and drinks. Space is limited in the grandstands. Please do not bring coolers, large containers, or anything that will not fit in your seating area.
Q. How do people get information about Bandfest, post-parade activities, and other festivities going on at that time of year?
A. Sharp Seating sells it all!
Q. Does Sharp Seating sell Rose Bowl game day tickets?
A. The football game is sold out in advance through the participating universities, conferences and the Tournament of Roses.
