The past six months (February – July): Montly from February through May, we saw over 140 homes for sale in Altadena. February had the highest months of inventory at 7.5 months based on closed sales. This is a change of minus 36% compared to July. July had the highest average active listing price and April had the highest average sold listing price at $613,000.
