Altadena Homes Under $450,000

Wow, wow, and wow.  I saw several great starter homes in Altadena today, all under $500,000.  One property was a cute traditional home with a large lot, over 8,000 square feet, for under $400,000.  And this home was not some ugly short sale and REO property.  With great interest rates and affordable homes on the market, I had to introduce three homes I previewed at Broker’s Open House.
