San Marino Home Sales Still Going Strong in 2013

San Marino home sellers are doing quite well this spring.  Demand for homes in this desirable neighborhood adjacent to Pasadena is very strong and the available supply of homes is limited.

15 homes sold in the month of April – almost all over asking price!  Multiple offers and cash buyers are moving the prices up with the average home price being $2,285,693.  Price per square foot average is now at $692.  Will we break the $700 $/sq.ft. ceiling this summer?

Out of 15 homes, 13 sold over asking – some as significantly as 30% over.
