Day 225: Snow in Pasadena

2014 Activities for Pasadena – Snow and all!

Now, I’m sure many of you read the title and did one of two things:  one, you ran to your window looking for falling snowflakes;  two, you sat and thought, “No Way!”.

It’s true… Day 225 of 365 Things To Do in Pasadena sends you off to Snow Days at Kidspace Childrens Museum.

What a better way to enjoy some family time and entertain the little ones than to bundle up and play in the snow!

Sunday, December 26th & Monday, December 27th there will be real live snow at Kidspace!

Head down there and enjoy a fun day of  frolicking in blankets of fluffy white powder!

Children will be able to learn how snow is formed in nature, make snow balls, snow men, and snow angels. There will also be traditional crafts available as well. Kids can make snowflakes, decorate cookies, and make pine cone ornaments.

Don’t miss out on the Pasadena snow while we have it!

On Friday, January 31st celebrate NOON YEARS EVE with Kidspace.

Radio Disney will be on site from 11 am to 1 pm to broadcast live music and bring the Noon New Years Eve party to life!

Come celebrate with us! Enjoy sparkling cider and an afternoon of fun with your little ones. There will be a countdown and balloon drop at noon.

So head on over to Kidspace Childrens Museum and ring in 2011! Who needs to wait for a Times Square countdown, when you can enjoy all the same fun and excitement before lunch! 😉

Be sure to arrive early so that you can enjoy all the festivities of the afternoon.

*Kidspace may be closing early on January 31st in preparation for the Tournament of Roses Parade and Rose Bowl Game.
