What is the market like these days?

We had a new listing on 625 Barry Place, located off Santa Anita Avenue, Christmas Tree Lane.  This property was completely redone, turn key and move in ready.  It was listed at $575,000 and sold for $603,000, all cash.  It had multiple offers and was in escrow less than a week after listed in the MLS.  In today’s market, buyers must to be prepared to compete with other offers.  Many offers are written without contingencies, and buyers should consult their Realtors/Agents in preparing strong, strategic and competitive offers.
