Altadena is located just North of Pasadena.  Community is made of both affluent neighborhood, and areas perfect for introductory buyers.  The city is known for its beautiful San Gabriel Mountain views, many hiking trails, and nature.

I recently wrote about  the three least expensive homes sold in June. Today, I would like to share with you the highlights of Altadena Real Estate Market (June 2011).  Data was obtained from the  Multiple Listing Service and Trend Visions.

2027 Mar Vista Avenue.  Listed at 1,595,000/ Sold Price $1,512,500.  Eight bedrooms, Five Bathrooms built in 1938.  4,815 SF interior and 36,307 lot size (public record).  Agent called this property an “Urban Farm.”  (MLS#22149951)
