WOW (Winning Our World) International, is a non-profit organization established in 1991 by Stephen and Linda Tavani with the intent of providing families of different communities throughout the country with free entertainment, food, and other charitable events.  Taken from their website, “Stephen and Linda have led more than 330 WOW JAMS in more than 40 cities, engaging more than 200 churches, mobilizing 120,000 volunteers, and training 1,680 interns. WOW JAMS has repaired 32,590 bikes, fed more than 1,112,880 people a hot meal, took more than 19,189 family photos, gave away 63,075 potted plants, gave 11,628 hair cuts and provided 40,811 bags of groceries.”

Those numbers don’t lie, and we could not be more excited to have this event coming to Pasadena on Sunday, August 30th.  Featuring everything from a mobile video game theater to a phenomenal dance group made up of top dancers from Hollywood, everything at this event is free.  There will be hot meals, snow cones, face painting, a singing contest, dance lessons, bike repairs, and more provided for anyone that can make their way over for the event that starts at 2:00 PM.
