A few weeks ago as I was looking at new condos listed for sale in Pasadena, I took a tour of this absolutely gorgeous new construction property just minutes away from Old Pasadena and the South Lake District. Actually, it was perfectly located, right in between the two. I’ve been waiting to visit this complex for awhile and was excited to have the first look.
I have to say that it truly is one of my favorite properties to date. What did I love about it? Well pretty much everything, but off the top of my head, incredible DTLA and/or San Gabriel Mountains views, high ceilings, sophisticated finishes and outdoor terraces. Did I say outdoor terraces? I was so enamored with these residences that I decided to interview the sales manager so that you can get every detail:
These residences are located in a 9 story, existing commercial property built in 1971 and completely remodeled in 1994. Builder purchased this building in 2016 and began renovations gutting the entire building and adding in new plumbing and electrical. All walls are steel framed and insulated. All doors are solid core. This building has been grandfathered to bypass the 75 foot height residential construction restriction allowing for these condos to have gorgeous views.
Currently, there are 57 residential units (5 floor plans) on floor 3 through 8 to be ready for move in late summer, with the first two levels offering commercial space. An additional 7 penthouses are being built on the 9th floor. Phase 2 will include 48 additional condominiums and townhomes to be available sometime next year (2020)

One thing to remember, as with all new construction, please make sure to give us a call so that we can accompany and represent you on your first visit. This is the only way to ensure that you have full buyer representation at no cost to you. If you visit by yourself, the very first time, you will have to work directly with the seller’s agents and be in a dual agency where both the seller and buyer are represented by the same sales person.
