I was talking to a home buyer today who was surprised that we actually had an area in Pasadena called Bungalow Heaven.  He initially thought it was a joke, but realized that it’s an actual Landmark District known for its Arts & Craftsman style homes.

It lies between Orange Grove and Washington Blvd and between Hill and Lake.  A lot of the homes in Bungalow Heaven were built in the early 1900.  Many from the Ready-Cut Bungalow Company that shipped homes in a box for as little as $650.
