The average price per square foot in April was $327.00, up 10.3% from March 2011.

The median price of homes sold was higher in April at $530,000 (March $425,000). Average days on the market was 80 days.

There were more homes sold in March (27 homes closed) vs April (24 homes closed). There was a 25% increase of pending homes (escrow opened) in April compare to March 2011.
