94 Homes were listed in the month of April. <\/span><\/p>\n

24 Homes closed escrow and 30 homes went into pending status (in escrow).<\/span><\/p>\n

Pending sales went up 25% in April vs. March.<\/span><\/p>\n

The highest priced home sold was 2098 Crescent Drive at $1,555,000.\u00a0 Surprisingly, it took only 22 day of escrow\u00a0period to close the transaction.<\/span><\/p>\n

The average price per square foot in April was $327.00, up 10.3% from March 2011.<\/span><\/p>\n

There were more homes sold in March (27 homes closed) vs April (24 homes closed).\u00a0 There was a 25% increase of pending homes (escrow opened) in April compare to March 2011.<\/p>\n
