Pasadena real estate<\/a> numbers are out for the month of August. \u00a0I’ve put together a visual graphic for my clients to provide a quick overview of the real estate market conditions:<\/p>\n

Here are some of my observations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. \u00a0This summer has truly been an incredible recovery for many property owners that have taken the plunge and put their home on the market in Pasadena.<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0Multiple offers<\/a> continued through the summer and are still seen on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0Inventory is still very low. \u00a0Banks are holding on to their “shadow inventory<\/a>” and not releasing many foreclosures.<\/p>\n

4. \u00a0Home buyers have increased their purchase power with the historically low interest rates and many are able to lock in these interest rates long term – 10, 15 and 30 years.<\/p>\n

5. \u00a0Many Pasadena home sellers<\/a> are beautifully presenting their property by having it professionally staged and many are providing inspection reports to potential buyers.<\/p>\n

6. \u00a0Acceleration Clauses are being strategically used by home buyers and their agents.<\/p>\n
