It is going to take the lenders/banks getting through their financial problems and openingthe lending market again before we can see a recovers underway with real estate. I sure hope that time is soon.

I love that episode of Seinfeld as well. Unfortunately many home owners are facing the same issue. One of these days lenders/banks need to get their act together.

I just wanted to say that Seinfeld is one of the best episodes ever!
